Heading For South Beach on The 4th of July?
June 23rd, 2008Independence Day is a big highlight on the calendar of South Beach events. There is a huge fireworks display in Bayfront Park along with live music. The area of Collins Avenue and Ocean Drive, between 6th street and 16 street becomes jam-packed with people from all walks of life, cultures and backgrounds. Right behind our building on the sand you can see the annual fireworks displays, as well as other fireworks going off up and down the beach. Most places book early, so you want to reserve a place as soon as possible. With the celebration only a couple of weeks away, preparations on the beach are already under way.
A friend of mine booked her condo last week, she’s up on 15th. The people renting are so lucky… just look at the view they are getting from the balcony to see the show:
Views like this one really allow you to truly enjoy our beautiful city. What better time than to magnify your experience by coming down on the 4th?

Checking Out Hollywood Beach, Florida From a Penthouse View
April 12th, 2008Hung out most of the day in Hollywood Beach, getting sun and later cruising on the bike through the boardwalk. Lots of tourists today. This beach is a great little town all to itself… THIS is where I want to live! At least for a little while 
By 4pm we decided to enjoy some oysters, and a couple of drinks before going up to my friend’s condo to wind down. She rents it out to tourists as well. Look at these views:
