Your place fit perfect for us. I really appreciate
the fact that you aren't trying to squeeze every single
dollar out of the rent for your place, as I was amazed
at how much many hotels and private owners were asking.
On top of it all, it was Art Basel weekend, and I
am doubly appreciative that you didn't jack your prices
up for that time period! I say this realizing that
you probably could easily get more for the rent of

walking distance from the beach and all the fun shops
and hot spots. The condo is clean and pretty. It's
convenient and more affordable than most of the local
hotels. The owner was gracious and took care to meet
us and make sure we were comfortable. The deposit
was refunded in a very timely manner. I highly recommend
this rental!"

had everything I needed and more; a fully stocked
laundry area, balcony and even a beach umbrulla. The
neighbors are quiet and the place is clean. I'll be
going to Miami just to stay at the condo again it
was truly a wonderful place."
